Resource plans
Alibaba Cloud Phone Number Verification Service provides resource plans. You must purchase a resource plan to use the converged communication authentication feature. You can purchase resource plans for different countries or regions. View specific pricing on the Converged communication authentication plan page.
Once a resource plan is fully utilized, purchase a new one. You can also contact sales to use pay-as-you-go billing as needed.
After you purchase a resource plan, you cannot apply for a refund.
A resource plan is unavailable if your Alibaba Cloud account has overdue payments (account balance must be greater than zero). Remaining resources in an expired or used plan cannot be refunded.
A resource plan is valid for 12 months and expires thereafter.
Bills
Log on to the Phone Number Verification Service console. In the left-side menu bar, choose Bill Query. View Bills and Bill Details.
