Problem description
You receive the "This request is forbidden by kms" error when you upload, download, or access objects in Object Storage Service (OSS) that are encrypted by Key Management Service (KMS).
Cause
You do not have the required permissions to use KMS.
Solution
Ensure that you have the required permissions to use the specified customer master key (CMK) ID. For more information, see Server-side encryption.
