This topic describes how to update an O&M item in Operation Center of the CloudOps Orchestration Service (OOS) console.
Prerequisites
You are granted the AliyunOOSFullAccess permission before you go to Operation Center.
You are granted one of the following permissions: AliyunTAGReadOnlyAccess, AliyunTagManagerAccess, and AliyunTagAdministratorAccess.
Update the status of an O&M item
When you process an O&M item, you can change its state to In processing in the console. After the O&M item is processed, you can change its state to Resolved.
Log on to the CloudOps Orchestration Service and click Operation Center in the left-side navigation pane.
Click the O&M Items tab.
Find the O&M item that you want to modify and click Update status in the Operation column.
In the Update status dialog box, select In processing or Resolved.
Click OK.
Modify the information about an O&M item
Log on to the CloudOps Orchestration Service and click Operation Center in the left-side navigation pane.
Click the O&M Items tab.
Find the O&M item that you want to modify and click Edit in the Operation column.
On the Update O&M Item page, modify the following parameters:
Name: the name of the O&M item.
Source: the source of the O&M item.
Priority: the priority based on which O&M engineers process the O&M item. Valid values: 1 to 5. A smaller value specifies a higher priority.
Severity: the severity of the O&M item. Valid values: Low, Medium, High, and Serious.
Category: the category to which the O&M item belongs. Valid values: Availability, Cost, Performance, Backup recovery, and Safety.
Description: the description of the O&M item.
Resources: the resources that are affected by the O&M item.
After you modify the parameters, click Update.
