Lindorm:Activate and log on to LTS

Last Updated:Feb 28, 2026

Lindorm Tunnel Service (LTS) is the data channel service for Lindorm. It handles data import, data export, change tracking, and backup and recovery across all Lindorm instances. This topic describes how to purchase LTS and access the LTS console.

Prerequisites

Purchase methods

LTS offers two purchase methods. Both support all LTS features at the same pricing.

Purchase method Description Console access Release
Standalone LTS instance Create a dedicated LTS instance from the Lindorm console. LTS instance console Release an instance
LTS for an existing Lindorm instance Enable LTS through the search index, change tracking, or backup and recovery feature of LindormTable. Once you purchase LTS nodes for any one of these features, the other two share the same LTS nodes with no additional purchase. Users of LindormTSDB, File Engine, and Search Engine can go to the Instance Details page and click Activate Now in the Actions column for the LTS Engine. Lindorm instance console Cannot be released separately

Purchase a standalone LTS instance

Step 1: Select the product type

  1. Log on to the Lindorm console.

  2. On the Instances page, click Create.

    Note

A pay-as-you-go instance can be converted to a subscription instance, but a subscription instance cannot be converted to a pay-as-you-go instance.

Step 3: Configure instance parameters
