Add an ApsaraDB RDS data source
jdbcUrl: Replace rm-xxxx with the domain name of the ApsaraDB RDS instance and replace {{database}} with the name of the database.
username: the username used to access the ApsaraDB RDS instance.
password: the password used to access the ApsaraDB RDS instance.
