View custom statistics

Prerequisites

The custom statistics function is enabled. For more information, see Enable and disable the O&M statistics feature.

Procedure

1. Log on to the IoT Platform console.

2. In the upper-left corner of the IoT Platform console, select the region in which your Enterprise Edition instance resides.

3. On the Overview tab, click the name of the Enterprise Edition instance that you want to manage.

4. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Maintenance > O&M Statistics.

5. Click the Custom Statistics tab.

6. Click Add Custom Dashboard in the middle of the page. In the dialog box that appears, enter a dashboard name and click OK.

   • Click next to the dashboard name to create a new dashboard. You can create up to five dashboards.

   • Press before the dashboard name, and then drag the dashboard to adjust the dashboard position.

   • Click next to the dashboard name to modify the dashboard name or delete the dashboard.

7. Click Add Custom Metric in the middle of the page. In the Add Metric dialog box, click Preset Metrics or Custom Metrics.

   1. Select a metric from the Preset Metrics drop-down list.

      Important

      If you want to select a metric that is not collected, click Enable to go to the Preset Metrics tab. You can also choose Data Service > Data Metric in the IoT Platform console to go to the tab. On the Preset Metrics tab, enable data collection for the metric that you want to select.

   2. Select a product from the Product drop-down list.

   3. Configure parameters such as Dimension and Display Mode.

   4. Click OK.

   2. Configure the required parameters such as the product, device, and custom metrics.

   3. Click OK.

8. Configure the metric card and the statistics dashboard.

   • Add Metric: Add a metric to the current panel.

   • Modify the dashboard:

     • Drag and drop metric cards to adjust the dashboard layout. Click Save on the right part of the page.

     • Click in the upper-right corner of a metric card to delete the metric card.

   • Delete the dashboard: Click the delete icon. In the dialog box that appears, click OK to delete the dashboard.

   • Click in the upper-right corner of the metric card to modify or remove the metric card or to display the metric card in full-screen mode.

   • In the time picker on the right side of the page, select Last 1 Day, Last 7 Days, or Last 30 Days. You can also set a custom time range.
