This topic describes the billing policies of GoChina ICP Filing Assistant and shows you how to apply for a refund.

GoChina ICP Filing Assistant activates a one-off service each time you complete the payment. The following table describes the billable items.

  • If you want to purchase a customized end-to-end service for cloud service localization in mainland China, contact the Alibaba Cloud sales team.
  • After you purchase a service, you can apply for a refund if you have not used the service. Take note of the following rules on refunds:
    • If you use a credit card to complete the payment, you can apply for a refund within 180 days from the date of purchase.
    • If you use another payment method to complete the payment, you can apply for a refund if you have not used the service. The arrival time of the refund depends on the payment method that you use and is subject to the actual conditions.

GoChina ICP filing service Covers the full application process for Internet Content Provider (ICP) filings and provides consultation about the prior and subsequent operations, such as company registration, domain name registration, and qualification application. 5,000

Domain name registration service Registers domain names that can obtain an ICP filing in mainland China on behalf of customers based on customer requirements. For more information, see the introduction to GoChina ICP Filing Assistant.
Qualification application service Applies for the qualification certifications that are required to run business in mainland China on behalf of customers. Such certifications include the ICP license, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) license, network culture operation license, food distribution license, and high-tech enterprise certification.
