Global Accelerator (GA) resource plans are subscription plans that apply to pay-as-you-go Global Accelerator instances. After you purchase Global Accelerator resource plans, the plans automatically offset the Capacity Unit (CU) fees and instance fees of Global Accelerator instances based on specific ratios. GA resource plans are more cost-effective than the pay-as-you-go billing method. You can select GA resource plans of different specifications based on your business requirements or specify the time when GA resource plans take effect.
Offset rules
Effective time
When you purchase a GA resource plan, you can select Immediately after Payment or Custom Effective Time.
Offset order
You can purchase multiple GA resource plans. Take note of the following items if you purchase multiple GA resource plans:
If you purchase multiple GA resource plans, the GA resource plan that expires first is first used. If the expiration dates of multiple GA resource plans are the same, the GA resource plan that is purchased earlier is used first.
If the actual resource usage exceeds the specifications of GA resource plans, the pay-as-you-go billing method is used.

Purchase GA resource plans
Log on to the GA console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click GA Resource Plans.
On the GA Resource Plans page, click Buy Now.
On the GA Resource Plans (International Site) page, configure the GA resource plan, click Buy Now, and then complete the payment.

Resource Plan Type
Select the type of GA resource plan. By default, only GA Resource Plans is supported.
Specifications
Select the specification of the GA resource plan. For more information, see GA resource plan specifications and pricing.
Effective At
Select the time when the GA resource plan takes effect.
Immediately after Payment: The GA resource plan immediately takes effect after the purchase is complete.
Custom Effective Time: The GA resource plan takes effect at the specified time.
Custom Effective Time
Specify the time when the GA resource plan takes effect.
NoteThis parameter is required only if you set Effective At to Custom Effective Time.
Purchase Quantity
Specify the number of GA resource plans that you want to purchase.
Validity Period
Select the validity period of the GA resource plan. By default, only 1 Year is supported.
View the usage details of a GA resource plan
The Expenses and Costs console provides an overview and usage details of GA resource plans. You can query the remaining resources and usage details of GA resource plans based on parameters such as Effective Time. For more information, go to the Manage Reserved Instances page.
Unsubscribe from GA resource plans
GA resource plans provide a 5-day money-back guarantee. You can request a full refund within five days after you purchase a GA resource plan if your GA resource plan is not used. For more information, see Rules for unsubscribing from resources.
If your GA resource plan is used within five days after you purchase the plan, you cannot request a full refund.
