This topic describes how to create, associate, disassociate, and release an edge elastic IP address (EIP).
Create an edge EIP
Log on to the ENS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Network Management > Edge EIP.
Click Create Instance.
On the Edge EIP page, configure the parameters. The following table describes the parameters.

Billing Method
Only Pay-as-you-go is supported.
Instance Name
The name of the edge EIP.
Region
Node: the edge node on which you want to create edge EIPs.
Quantity: the number of edge EIPs that you want to create.
Billing Method: Only pay-by-95th-percentile is supported.
Bandwidth: the peak bandwidth of edge EIPs.
NoteYou can create edge EIPs on multiple edge nodes at the same time in the console.
Read the ENS Terms of Service, select the checkbox, and then click Confirm.
Disassociate an edge EIP
Log on to the ENS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Network Management > Edge EIP.
On the Edge EIP page, find the EIP that you want to manage and click Unbind in the Actions column.
In the message that appears, click OK.
Make sure that the EIP that you want to disassociate is not used in the configuration of any cloud resources. If the EIP is used by a cloud resource, delete the configurations and then disassociate the EIP.
Release an edge EIP
Before you delete an edge EIP, make sure that the EIP is not associated with a cloud resource.
Log on to the ENS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Network Management > Edge EIP.
On the Edge EIP page, find the edge EIP that you want to release and click Release in the Actions column.
In the message that appears, click OK.
