This topic describes how to use the carbon emission report module of Energy Expert.
The carbon emission report module of Energy Expert provides comprehensive, precise, and professional carbon emission assessment and certification services for enterprises that have such requirements. This module is designed based on ISO14064-1 Specification with Guidance at the Organization Level for Quantification and Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Removals.
Perform the following steps to use the carbon emission report module:
1. Click Start filling. In the Create carbon emission accounting panel, set the parameters about the year, standard, and industry, and click Confirm and enter.
2. On the Carbon Emission Accounting Filling page, enter data by year or month. If you want to enter data by month, click Edit month to select one or more months based on your business requirements.
3. Fill in the forms that are displayed based on the industry that you select. You can enter values in the fields for different statistical items in the forms.
4. Click the plus icon in the Upload Voucher column for a statistical item to upload credentials for this item. In the Upload attachments dialog box, upload attachments in the supported formats such as JPG and PDF and click Confirm.
5. After you fill in the forms, click Complete filling in the upper-right corner of the Carbon Emission Accounting Filling page. Energy Expert calculates carbon emissions and generates a carbon emission report.
6. View the carbon emission report. The carbon emission report contains information about carbon emissions, emission intensity, emission level compared with the emission plan, analysis of greenhouse gas types, and analysis of emission sources. The emission intensity can be calculated only if you configure the revenue and output information of your enterprise on the Revenue/Output Value tab of the General Situation page.
