Edge Security Acceleration:Refund policy

You can request refunds only for subscription resources. If you no longer use a subscription resource, unsubscribe from the resource and request a refund for the resource. Alibaba Cloud will process the refund according to the cancellation rules. For a pay-as-you-go resource, refunds are not available. Instead, you can release or delete the resource in the Alibaba Cloud Management Console. Billing will stop once the resource is released or deleted.

Refund scenarios

Refer to Unsubscription rules to see if you are eligible. The following refund scenarios are supported by ESA subscription resources:

  • Self-service unsubscription: If purchased your resource plan not more than five days ago and the usage is not more than 10 MB, you can initiate self-service unsubscription.

  • Request manual unsubscription : If you purchased your resource plan more than 5 days ago, the usage exceeds 10 MB, or you have other special circumstances requiring a refund, contact us to complete the refund process.

ESA supports unsubscription from only common cloud resources. When you request a refund, filter for common cloud resources.
