Edge Security Acceleration (ESA) stops providing services for your website when the associated plan expires. To keep your business uninterrupted, we recommend that you renew your plan before it expires.
Resources are released 15 days after a plan expires. After the release, you cannot restore the ESA configurations for the website.
Renew a plan
You can renew a plan on the Plans page or Overview page.
On the Plans page
Procedure
Log on to the ESA console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
On the Plans page, select the plan that you want to renew and click Renew in the Actions column.
On the Renew page, specify the renewal duration, select Auto-renewal, select the check box to confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service, and then click Buy Now.
ImportantWe recommend that you select Auto-renewal on the Renew page. This way, the system automatically renews the plan before the plan expires to keep your business uninterrupted.
On the Overview page
Log on to the ESA console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Websites.
On the Websites page, find the website that you want to manage, and click the website name or View Details in the Actions column.
On the Overview page, click Renew in the Basic Information section.
On the Renew page, specify the renewal duration, select Auto-renewal, select the check box to confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service, and then click Buy Now.
ImportantWe recommend that you select Auto-renewal on the Renew page. This way, the system automatically renews the plan before the plan expires to keep your business uninterrupted.
If you select auto-renewal when you purchase or renew a plan, the plan will be automatically renewed for the same subscription or renewal duration before it expires. For example, if you purchase or renew a Basic plan for three months and select auto-renewal, the system automatically renews the plan every three months.
You can change your auto-renewal duration or disable auto-renewal at any time. For more information, see Auto-renewal.
