Renew your ESA plan before it expires to avoid service interruptions.
Resources are released 15 days after a plan expires. Once released, the sites configured in ESA can no longer use the associated services and cannot be recovered.
Renewal methods
You can renew an ESA plan from the Plans page or from a site's Overview page.
Renew from the Plans page

Log on to the ESA console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose .

On the Plans page, find the plan that you want to renew and click Renew.

Select a Duration, select the Auto-renewal checkbox, and read the Terms of Service. Confirm the information and click Buy Now.
ImportantEnable auto-renewal to prevent service interruptions. When enabled, the system automatically renews your plan before it expires.
Renew from a site's Overview page

In the ESA console, click Websites. In the Website column, click the target site.

On the Overview page, in the Basic Information section, click Renew.

Select a Duration, select the Auto-renewal checkbox, and read the Terms of Service. Confirm the information and click Buy Now.

Auto-renewal

The auto-renewal duration matches the plan duration you selected at purchase or at the last renewal. For example, if you purchase a 3-month Basic Edition plan with auto-renewal enabled, the system automatically renews the plan for 3 months.
