    The Alibaba Cloud global network includes over 3,200 strategically placed points of presence (POPs). Over 2,300 are located within 31 provincial regions in the Chinese mainland, mostly in major cities and provincial capitals. Other POPs are spread across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa, and South America. ESA has a bandwidth capacity of up to 180 Tbit/s. Each POP offers 40 Gbit/s to 200 Gbit/s of bandwidth.
