Problem description

Cause
The issue may occur because your computer runs out of memory when you attempt to update the Windows operating system.
Solution

If Windows Update Troubleshooter cannot resolve the issue, perform the following steps:
Disable all programs, including the programs that are running in the background, such as firewalls, anti-spyware, web accelerators, Internet security or anti-virus programs, and proxy servers. Then, re-update the Windows operating system.
After the Windows operating system is updated, enable the firewalls, anti-virus programs, or other security programs that you disable. Enable other programs that are disabled based on your needs.
