Data Transfer Plans are easy-to-use and cost-effective resource plans. After purchase, a data transfer plan takes effect immediately and automatically offsets the data transfer fees for multiple pay-by-traffic cloud services until the plan is depleted or expires.

Before purchasing a data transfer plan, note the following:
Each Alibaba Cloud account is limited to 200 active data transfer plans. This quota cannot be increased. Select a plan size that meets your requirements.

Log on to the Data Transfer Plan buy page.
On the buy page, configure the as follows. Then, click Buy Now and complete the payment.
Parameter | Description |
Traffic Package Size | Select a plan size. Available sizes vary based on the selected validity period. For specific options, see the buy page. |
Plan | Select the package for the Data Transfer Plan. China mainland: Covers regions in the China mainland. Hong Kong: Covers the China (Hong Kong) region. Overseas: Covers overseas regions.

Expiry Date | Select the validity period for the plan After a data transfer plan expires, it is not eligible for a refund. Any unused data allowance will be cleared and cannot be transferred to another plan. |
