Last Updated:Nov 15, 2024

This topic describes how to view your permissions in Data Management (DMS), including operation permissions and data permissions.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the DMS console V5.0.
  2. In the top navigation bar, choose Security and Specifications > Permission Center > Permissions.

    Note

Alternatively, you can view your permissions by performing the following operations on the Home tab of the DMS console:

    • In the lower part of the Home tab, click the Accessible Assets tab to view your operation permissions.

    • In the lower part of the Home tab, click the My Assets tab to view your data permissions.

If you cannot find the Accessible Assets or My Assets tab, click the Settings icon on the right and select the required tabs.

  3. View your permissions.

    • Click the Ordinary Permissions tab to view your operation permissions, including database permissions, table permissions, sensitive column permissions, row permissions, and database instance permissions.

      Note
      • The permissions on a database instance include the permissions to log on to the database instance and permissions to view the performance of the database instance.

      • You cannot query or release the permissions on a programmable object.

    • Click the My Resources tab to view your data permissions. Your data permissions indicate the resources that you own, including the database instances, databases, and tables that you own.
