    Data Management:View system roles

    Data Management (DMS) provides five system roles: regular user, security administrator, database administrator (DBA), DMS administrator, and schema read-only user. Different roles are granted different permissions. This topic describes how to view your system roles.

    Usage notes

    Only a DMS administrator can modify system roles. For more information, see Modify a user.

    Procedure

    1. Log on to the DMS console V5.0.

    2. Click the Profile picture icon in the upper-right corner of the console homepage to view your system roles. For more information about system roles, see System roles.

      Note

      You can click the chakan icon next to a system role to view the tenant of the account and which users of the tenant have the DBA and DMS administrator permissions.
