A recipient list is a list of destination addresses used for sending batch emails.
Create A Recipient List
1. Log on to the DirectMail Console.
2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Recipient Lists.
3. At the upper-right corner, click New Recipient List. A dialog box appears.
4. Enter the list name, alias address, and description in the dialog. Click OK.
Note:
The list name is used to call a list and must not be duplicated.
Fill an email address in the alias address as the alias of the email group and it is identified only by the user, not as a parameter in the API calling.
5. Find the new recipient list name in the recipient lists, and click Upload.
6. Select the local file you prepared for the recipient list, and click OK.
Note:
List files in the TXT and CSV formats are supported.
Match up information in the recipient list with variables in the email template. Information in “{}” represents the variables in the email template. Different fields are separated by “,”. Specifically, the email address is required, and other items are optional.
You can add up to 10 recipient lists. The number of email addresses in a single list depends on the daily quota, and the maximum number is 10000.
Example
The length of UserName is limited to 75, and it is recommended to be less than 50; The length limit of NickName is 25;
