DataHub supports the monitoring and alerting features of CloudMonitor. You can create alert rules to configure monitoring and alerting for DataHub metrics. The metrics of subscription delay time, consume delay time and comsume record stacked are supported.
View the monitoring data
You can view the operational status and usage of various metrics on the monitoring page of DataHub.
Log on to the CloudMonitor console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click .
On the Cloud Service Monitoring page, click DataHub.
click the Monitoring Charts in the Actions column of the target resource.
On the page that appears, you can view the monitoring charts of the resource.
NoteYou can view only the monitoring data that is generated in the last 30 days.
Create alert rules
You can create alert rules for resources in this cloud product on the monitoring page of DataHub. When an alert is triggered based on the configured alert rules, CloudMonitor sends an alert notification to you.
Log on to the CloudMonitor console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click .
On the Cloud Service Monitoring page, click DataHub.
Create alert rules for DataHub.
On the Alert Rules page, create alert rules.
On the monitoring page of DataHub, click the Alert Rule in the Actions column of the target resource.
On the Alert Rules page, click Create Alert Rule.
In the Create Alert Rule panel, set the relevant parameters for the alert rule.
Click Confirm.

On the monitoring page of DataHub, single click Create Alert Rule in the upper-right corner.
In the Create Alert Rule panel, set the relevant parameters for the alert rule.
Click Confirm.

View alert rules
You can view all alert rules in DataHub on the monitoring page of DataHub.
Log on to the CloudMonitor console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click .
On the Cloud Service Monitoring page, click DataHub.
On the monitoring page of DataHub, click View Alert Rules.
DataHub supports the following monitoring metrics:
Name | Description |
Subscription delay time | The difference between the subscription point and the current time (unit: seconds) |
Consume delay time | The maximum consumption latency of the current subscription across all shards (unit: seconds) |
Comsume record stacked | The total number of messages pending consumption in the current subscription across all shards (unit: records) |
If you use the Kafka consumer protocol to read DataHub data, you cannot use the subscription delay time and consume delay time metrics for monitoring.
