This topic describes service suspension for CPFS for Lingjun due to overdue payments and explains how to check your overdue amount.
Service suspension due to overdue payments
If your account has an overdue balance, your service may be suspended. You will receive a notification from the system. To avoid service disruption, renew your service promptly.
When an overdue payment occurs, the service status of your CPFS for Lingjun instance changes as follows:
If you pay the overdue amount within 15 days of the overdue payment, your service will not be suspended.
If the overdue payment lasts more than 15 days, Alibaba Cloud stops your CPFS for Lingjun service. Your data stored in the CPFS for Lingjun file system is retained, but no new charges accrue after suspension.
If you pay the overdue amount within 15 days after service suspension, your CPFS for Lingjun service automatically resumes.
If you do not pay the overdue amount within 15 days after service suspension, the service is considered voluntarily abandoned. Alibaba Cloud then terminates the CPFS for Lingjun storage service, releases your CPFS for Lingjun instance, and the data cannot be recovered.
View the overdue amount
You can view the overdue amount on the Account Overview page in the Expenses and Costs console. If you have overdue payments, add funds to your account promptly.
