It is a common integration solution to configure an alert callback URL to push alert notifications from CloudMonitor to a specified HTTP service. Whether CloudMonitor can successfully and stably push alert notifications to the specified HTTP service is the basis and key to the success of the integration solution.
You can use the following methods for governance in various alert callback scenarios:
Integrate instant messaging tools to enrich alert notification methods.
If the alert callback address is set to the webhook URL of DingTalk, Lark, WeCom, or Slack, you need to modify the alert contacts. For more information, see Modify an alert contact or alert contact group.
Integrate alert information into self-managed or other platforms.
If the alert callback URL is configured in a system event-triggered alert rule or a threshold-triggered alert rule, you need to modify the alert rule. For more information, see Modify a system event-triggered alert rule and Modify an alert rule.
The callback failure is mainly caused by the changed configuration or environment of the caller and receiver. We recommend that you periodically detect alert callback.
