The monitoring feature of CloudMonitor is disabled by default for Container Service for Kubernetes (ACK) clusters created after 10:00:00 on April 25, 2024. Before you can use CloudMonitor to monitor a cluster, you must manually enable the monitoring feature for the cluster.
Prerequisites
ACK is activated and a cluster is created. For more information, see Quick start for first-time users.
The metrics-server component of the ACK cluster is upgraded to V0.3.8.5 or later. For more information, see Update the metrics-server component before you update the Kubernetes version to 1.12.
Procedure
Log on to the ACK console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click .
On the Clusters page, find the cluster that you want to manage, click More in the Actions column, and then choose .
In the Logs and Monitoring section of the Core Components tab, click Configuration in the lower-right corner of the metrics-server component.
In the metrics-server Parameters dialog box, select Enables Kubernetes Monitoring of CloudMonitor.
Click OK.
