The bill includes your consumption on Alibaba Cloud for a specified calendar month, detailing costs, outstanding balance, billing cycle, and cloud resource consumption. It provides a clear understanding of cost composition, billing logic, and payment status. Bills can be exported in CSV or PDF formats.

Log on to the Cost and expense console to view your monthly bills and consumption details via the Bill page, Monthly bill overview, and Bill Details.
The Alibaba Cloud bill functionality provides the following information:

Bill: Summarizes the user's monthly consumption of cloud resources for cost monitoring, reconciliation, and settlement payments. The monthly bill overview is finalized at 12:00 on the 3rd of the subsequent month and can be viewed on the Monthly Bill Overview page.

Consumption Details: This represents the detailed data generated according to the user's usage of cloud resources, based on the billing cycle (hourly, daily, monthly). You can view the final monthly consumption details for the current month on the Bill Details page, which is updated at 12:00 on the 3rd of the following month.

Cost viewing
Example: View which cloud products on Alibaba Cloud generated bills each month
Log on to the cost and expense console Monthly bill overview page. You can view the current month's and historical Outstanding Amount. |

If you want to view the monthly consumption summary amount by product dimension, you can view the product payable amount and consumption proportion for the past 6 months in the Consumption Trend And Product Consumption Distribution module. |

On the Detailed bill page, select Product as the statistic item and Daily as the statistic cycle to view which specific cloud resources incurred costs. |

Export bill
Support is available for exporting various types of bills or historical bills:

Export monthly consumption details: On the detailed bill page, select Billable Items or Instance for Statistical Items, choose Details for Statistical Period, click Export Bill CSV to export all bill details within the specified billing month or the bill details for the last 18 months.

Export usage details within a specified time range: On the View usage details page, you can export the usage details CSV file of a single product's single billing item within the specified Time period.
