Renew your Cloud Firewall subscription before it expires to keep your assets protected. If you don't renew within 7 days after expiration, Alibaba Cloud deletes all your Cloud Firewall configurations and data.
Renewal methods
Cloud Firewall supports two renewal methods:
| Method | How it works | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Auto-renewal | The system automatically deducts fees and renews your subscription 9 days before expiration | Avoiding accidental service interruption |
| Manual renewal | Renew within 7 days after expiration | One-time or ad hoc renewal |
If you use manual renewal and miss the 7-day window after expiration, Alibaba Cloud deletes all your configurations and data in Cloud Firewall.
