Checks whether the storage capacity of each Elastic Compute Service (ECS) system disk that is created from an image of a specified operating system type is greater than or equal to a specified value. If so, the evaluation result is Compliant.
Scenarios
This rule applies when you need to check whether sufficient storage space is reserved for an ECS system disk. This prevents your business from being interrupted due to insufficient resources.
Risk level
Default risk level: low.
When you apply this rule, you can change the risk level based on your business requirements.
Compliance evaluation logic
- If the storage capacity of each ECS system disk that is created from an image of a specified operating system type is greater than or equal to a specified value, the evaluation result is Compliant.
- If the storage capacity of each ECS system disk that is created from an image of a specified operating system type is less than a specified value, the evaluation result is Incompliant.
- This rule does not apply to ECS system disks that are created from an image of a non-specified operating system type.
- This rule does not apply to ECS data disks.
