This topic describes how to set up a professional account on Instagram. After such an account is created, you can connect the account to a Facebook Page and send messages in the Chat App Message Service console.
Prerequisites
An Instagram channel is created. For more information, see Create an Instagram channel.
Procedure
Log on to your Instagram account. In the left-side navigation pane, choose More > Settings.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
Click Switch to professional account.
Select Business and click Next.
Select a business category and click Done.
Specify whether to display contact information on your profile based on your business requirements.
Click Save.

Switch to a personal account
To switch from a professional account to a personal account, perform the following steps: In the left-side navigation pane, choose More > Settings. In the left-side navigation pane, choose . Then, click Switch to personal account.
After you switch back to a personal account, you need to set up a new professional account.
