Chat App Message Service:Fallback rule

This topic describes the operations related to the fallback rules of Short Message Service (SMS). You can select an existing fallback rule when you create a fallback policy.

Prerequisites

Create a fallback rule

  1. Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Fallback settings > Fallback rule.

  3. On the Fallback rule page, click Add. In the Fallback rule setting dialog box, set Rule name, Type, and SendID.

  4. Click OK.

View a fallback rule

On the Fallback rule page, view the values of Rule name, Type, and SendID.

  • To modify a fallback rule, click Edit in the Operation column and modify the values of Rule name, Type, and SendID as needed.

  • To delete a rollback rule, click Delete in the Operation column and click OK in the message that appears.
