Channel Platform:The General Introduction of ACPN Platform

1. What is ACPN Platform

ACPN platformis a light-weight business platform dedicated for Alibaba Cloud International Site

Channel Partners. It is positioned as a unified partner management platform that integrates partner business and distribution business, provides partner with unified data and process management capabilities, and guarantees partner to carry out partner business and distribution business.

In ACPN platform, channel partner can perform regular channel business management here, including customer management, business opportunity management, coupon management, partner training support, etc.

To access ACPN platform, channel partner need to use the Alibabcloud account, log in Alibabacloud International website, complete the partner onboarding process, and obtain relevant permissions.

ACPN platform can only be activated after Partner and AlibabaCloud jointly signed the channel partner agreement and enabled AlibabaCloud Credit Control.

2. Menu Function Overview

2.1. Home

After partner enter ACPN platform, the content of [Home] will be displayed as the screenshot mentioned below.

  • Left Part: displays all menu visible according to the current login UID.

  • Middle Part: displays the partner level and partner type corresponding to the current login UID; For market support and Operation support, click "More" to jump to the corresponding page of "Help" menu, and the content is the relevant help documents.

  • Right Part: links to some of the currently available help documents.

2.2. Customer Center

Customer Center is the End Users lifecycle management interface designed for Partners, including Customer Management, UID Manage and Leads Management. It's enable Partners to create, invite and associate with End Users, and perform quota & shutdown policy management.

2.2.1. Customer Management

Partners are able to create and invite new customers, then track customer invitation status on this page.

2.2.2. UID Management

Partners can perform daily management of reported-associated customers.

2.2.3. Leads Management

Partners are able to manage existing leads that belong to login accounts on this page.

2.3. Sales Progress

View, verify and manage the project information and order information generated in the daily business operation of the customer accounts. Provide relevant data to partners, and help them monitor the daily operation of their customer accounts. Different from the settlement data on Billing Center, the data generated in sales progress provides ongoing status of new orders and creating instances.

2.3.1. Customer Projects

The function of this page is to provide relevant services when customers have significant commercial projects to follow up and manage, Partners can track support from Alibaba Cloud here.

2.3.2 Customer Orders

This page displays all orders and billing information for Partner's endusers, and help with track the ordering status of endusers.

Orders correspond to subscription products and bills correspond to pay-as-you-go products. The difference between them is that the bill is the actually settled data generated by the finance center, and the order is the data containing unpaid, payment failure, etc., which will not fall on the bill.

2.3.3 Agency Customer Orders

This page mainly provides the order data of endusers for the Agency Partners. The endusers developed by Agency Partners are Alibaba Cloud direct selling customers in contractual aspect, therefore, Agency Partners are unable to obtain endusers' bill via Billing Center. However, Agency Partners could track endusers' consumer action in this section.

2.3.4. Partner Multi-tiers Discount Configuration

Alibaba Cloud offer disclosure Multi-tiers Discount Configuration for Tier 1 Partners, including apply the discount for associated customers, confirm the discount amount of orders, and reflect the detailed discount information in our bills. Currently, Tier 1 Partners can configurate Tier 2 End Users and(or) Resellers, Tier 2 Resellers can configurate Tier 3 End Users. Please reach out to your dedicated business director if any, they will assist with initiate the discount application. Client will then trigger the specified discount setting accordingly, upon the approval of discount application.

2.4. Coupon Management

Partners could create coupon template, and issue coupons to deduct given amount for specified products within the effective period.

ONLY Distributors and Resellers are able to issue coupons. Partners could issue coupons to the associated End Users for promotion purpose, or help End Users to perform POC test.

There are three types of content: [Coupon Distribution Management], [Coupon Authorization Status] and [Coupon Usage]. (The coupon information owned by Partner is not here.)

2.4.1. Coupon Distribution Management

Partners could create coupon template, and issue coupons to deduct given amount for specified products within the effective period.

2.4.2. Coupon Authorization Status

Issuing coupons will generate relevant application, issuer could track application status of relevant coupon issuance on this interface. The general application status including Pending Approval, Approved, Denied.

2.4.3. Coupon Usage

This page shows the usage status of coupons that have been successfully issued to customers, the relevant remaining balance and status of coupon.

2.5. Finance Center

Different from [Console] - [Expenses] - [User Center] - [Account Overview], which presents the billing data from the user's perspective, the billing data provided by Finance Center is the data related to the daily operation cost and corresponding turnover of the partner's subordinate customer account generated in daily operation from the perspective of partner.

It contains six sections: [Invoice Download], [Partner Statement], [Customer Statement], [Daily Bill], [Monthly Bill] and [My Commissions].

2.5.1. Invoice Download

Partners can download monthly invoices issued by Alibaba Cloud on this page. These include invoices for positive consumption, negative refund based on daily operations, and account adjustment invoices resulting from special circumstances-covering both positive increase invoices and negative adjustment invoices. Invoices are searchable by month, providing access to all invoice data within the past six months relative to the current month.

2.5.2. Partner Statement

Partners can view online data visualizations that detail the pre-tax costs resulting from their operations within a specified search period. This data is presented with a granularity level based on the customer's UID-instance ID.

This page offers access to comprehensive billing information for the past six months, calculated relative to the current month.

2.5.3. Customer Statement

Partners can view online data visualizations that detail the pre-tax revenue resulting from their operations within a specified search period. This data is presented with a granularity level based on the customer's UID-instance ID.

This page offers access to comprehensive billing information for the past six months, calculated relative to the current month.

2.5.4. Daily Bill

Download offline billing data in daily bases as Excel files. This data is presented with a granularity level based on the customer's UID-instance ID.

2.5.5. Monthly Bill

Download offline billing data in monthly bases as Excel files. This data is presented with a granularity level based on the customer's UID-instance ID.

2.5.6. My Commissions

Partners can view, verify and collect commissions in this section.

2.6. T2 Reseller

This page is exclusive for Tier 1 Distributors and help with manage the life circle of Tier 2 Resellers, including create, invite, associcate customers, manage account quota and shutdown policies, monitor ordering actions. It contains [My Sub Resellers], [Sub Reseller Orders], [Sub Reseller Bills].

2.6.1. My Sub Resellers

This section enable Partners to:

  • invite Tier 2 Resellers and track invitation status;

  • manage quota of associated Tier 2 Resellers;

  • and manage shutdown policies for Tier 2 Resellers.

2.6.2. Sub Reseller Orders

This page discloses Tier 2 Resellers' consumer status to Partners, contains all orders and billing information of Tier 2 Resellers. Different from the actual settled data of Finance Center, the data of expired orders placed but not paid are also included here.

2.7. Organization Management

Organization management mainly meets the management needs when Partner Enterprises maintain multiple Tier 1 Partner accounts. Currently, this page is accessible solely to Enterprise Administrator Accounts associated with Tier 1 Partners, who can access the [Biz Division] here.

2.7.1. Biz Division

This page displays the account information related to all partner services of the enterprise, which meets the needs of partners to confirm the UID information of all current accounts and facilitates account management.

2.8. Cooperation Plan Management

Partners can review agreement application history, status and download it in this section. Currently, this page is accessible solely to Enterprise Administrator Accounts, who can access the [Agreement management] and [Agreement Application Management] here.

2.8.1. Agreement Management

Review the signed contract information and download the contract text file.

2.8.2. Agreement Application Management

Review the historical data of agreement applications in all status, including: Processing, Rejected, Revoked, In Force.

2.9. Help

Supporting documents are available in [Help] section, partners can view them and take reference according to their needs. It mainly includes three categories: [Product Content], [Market Support] and [Operations Support].
