Log on to the Cloud Architect Design Tools (CADT) console.
In the top navigation bar, choose Create > My solution.
On the My solution page, find the template that is shared by other user, move the pointer over the template, and then click Create Based On Template.
On the page that appears, double-click the Elastic Compute Service (ECS) resource icon. In the panel that appears, modify the resource configurations in the template based on your business requirements. If you do not need to modify the configurations, proceed to the next step.
After you modify the configurations, click Save to save the template as an application. In the dialog box that appears, configure the ApplicationName parameter and click OK.
After the application is saved, click Deploy Application to deploy the application.
Before the system deploys an application, CADT verifies the resources involved in the application, including the activation of resources, parameter settings, inventories, and connections between resources. After the verification result of all the resources is Successful, click Next: Price List.
On the Price List page, check the information about the resources, including resource cost proportions, original resource prices, discounts, and actual payments. To view a detailed analysis of application costs, click View Report. After you confirm the prices, click Next Step: Confirm Order.
On the Confirm page, confirm the resource specifications and prices in sequence, read and agree to Alibaba Cloud International Website Product Terms of Service, and then click Next Step: Pay and Create.
