Subscription Prometheus instances support two renewal methods: auto-renewal and manual renewal. Renew your instance before the subscription expires to avoid service interruption.
Auto-renewal
To enable auto-renewal, select Auto-renewal below the subscription period on the buy page when you first enable the subscription billing method for a Prometheus instance. The instance is then automatically renewed each time the subscription expires.
Make sure that your account balance is enough to cover the subscription fees. If the balance is insufficient at the time of auto-renewal, the renewal fails.
Manual renewal
Log on to the Application Real-Time Monitoring Service (ARMS) console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
On the Prometheus Service page, select a region in the top navigation bar.
Find the Prometheus instance that you want to renew and choose Service Change > Renew in the Actions column.
Make sure that your Alibaba Cloud account balance is enough to cover the subscription fees for renewal.
