How do I renew a subscription instance? - Application Real-Time Monitoring Service

Subscription instances support auto-renewal and manual renewal. This topic describes how to renew your subscription instance.

Auto-renewal

The first time you enable the subscription billing method for a Prometheus instance, you can select Auto-renewal below the subscription period on the buy page. This way, when the subscription expires, the instance is automatically renewed when the subscription expires.

Note Make sure that your account balance is sufficient to deduct the subscription fees for auto-renewal.

Manual renewal

Log on to the Application Real-Time Monitoring Service (ARMS) console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Prometheus Service > Prometheus Instances.
On the Prometheus Service page, select a region in the top navigation bar. Find the Prometheus instance for which you want to renew the subscription and choose Service Change > Renew in the Actions column.

Note Make sure that the balance of your Alibaba Cloud account is sufficient to deduct the subscription fees for renewal.
