The Application Real-Time Monitoring Service (ARMS) agent is continuously iterated. Certain versions are labeled not recommended for one of two reasons:
Known issue fixed in a newer version. When a version has issues that affect user experience, ARMS releases a patched version. The original version is then marked as not recommended.
Temporary build for verification. ARMS occasionally provides temporary agent versions for specific users to verify a fix or test a feature. These versions are not intended for production use. After verification, replace the temporary version with an official release.
Upgrade to the latest version
If your ARMS agent version is marked as not recommended, upgrade to the latest official version. For instructions, see Upgrade the ARMS agent.
