Application Real-Time Monitoring Service:Overdue payments

Last Updated:Mar 11, 2026

If your Alibaba Cloud account does not have enough balance to settle an Application Monitoring bill, the bill becomes overdue. Overdue payments affect both Basic Edition and Pro Edition.

Basic Edition and Pro Edition (pay-as-you-go)

When a bill becomes overdue

A bill becomes overdue when your Alibaba Cloud account does not have enough balance to settle the bill on the day the bill is generated.

Notifications

Application Monitoring sends an overdue payment notification on the same day through the following channels:

  • Email

  • Text message

  • Internal message

After you receive the notification, add funds to your Alibaba Cloud account to settle the overdue payment as soon as possible.

Impact on your service

After a bill becomes overdue:

  • Application Monitoring stops receiving data and stops monitoring your application.

  • Your application is not released.

  • Your data is not deleted.

After you settle the overdue payment, Application Monitoring resumes receiving data and monitoring your application.

Pro Edition (resource plan)

When your resource plan does not have enough quota, the pay-as-you-go billing method is automatically used for any excess resource usage. If your Alibaba Cloud account has enough balance to settle the bill, Application Monitoring continues to work as expected.

If your account does not have enough balance, the bill becomes overdue. The same overdue payment rules described in Basic Edition and Pro Edition (pay-as-you-go) apply.
