Application Real-Time Monitoring Service:Overdue payments

Basic Edition and Pro Edition (pay-as-you-go)

Criteria

If your Alibaba Cloud account does not have a sufficient balance to settle your bill on the same day when the bill is generated, the bill becomes overdue.

Notifications

If your bill becomes overdue, Application Monitoring sends you an overdue payment notification by email, text message, or internal message on the same day. After you receive the notification, you must add funds to your Alibaba Cloud account to settle your overdue payments at the earliest opportunity.

Impact of overdue payments

If you have overdue payments, Application Monitoring stops receiving data and monitoring your application. However, your application is not released and your data is not deleted. After you settle the overdue payments, Application Monitoring continues to receive data and monitor your application.

Pro Edition (resource plan)

If the quotas of your resource plans are insufficient, the pay-as-you-go billing method is automatically used for the excess resource usage. If your Alibaba Cloud account has a sufficient balance to settle your bill, you can use the Application Monitoring sub-service as expected. If your Alibaba Cloud account does not have a sufficient balance to settle your bill, the bill becomes overdue. For more information, see Basic Edition and Pro Edition (pay-as-you-go).
