ApsaraMQ for Kafka:View billing and usage details

The Expenses and Costs console provides billing information for ApsaraMQ for Kafka, including monthly cost summaries, per-instance usage breakdowns, and order history. Use it to track spending, identify cost drivers, and export usage data for reporting.

View bills

  1. Log on to the Expenses and Costs console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Bills and select a view:

    • Overview of Monthly Bill: Displays a column chart for cost trends, a pie chart for cost distribution by service, and a monthly cost summary. Use this view to identify spending patterns and compare month-over-month changes.

    • Bill Details: Provides granular billing data across three tabs:

      Consumption by Bill

      Shows the cost breakdown in your account by month.

      Review total monthly costs at a glance.

      Billing Details

      Shows per-instance costs within a billing cycle, including disk size and total traffic usage.

      Identify which instances drive the most cost.

      Usage Records

      Provides downloadable usage data in CSV format.

      Export data for internal reporting or cost analysis.

      To download usage records, click the Usage Records tab and follow the on-screen instructions.

View orders

  1. Log on to the Expenses and Costs console and go to the Orders page.

  2. On the Orders for Services tab, filter orders by the following criteria:

    Filter

    Description

    Product

    Select the target service from the drop-down list.

    Time range

    Specify the start and end dates for the order period.

    Order ID

    Enter a specific order ID to locate a single order.

  3. Click Search to view payment details for matching orders.
