This topic describes how to configure an alert URL for the supported alert notification methods.
Configure an alert URL for a DingTalk chatbot
Log on to the DingTalk client and open the target DingTalk group.
Click the Group Settings icon in the upper-right corner of the group chat window.
Click Bot in the Group Management section.
In the Bot Management dialog box, choose Add Robot > Custom.
NoteDingTalk allows you to add at most 10 chatbots to a chat group.
In the Bot Management dialog box, click Add and then configure a custom chatbot.

Chatbot avatar
Click the Edit profile picture icon to upload an image for the chatbot avatar.
Chatbot name
Enter the name of the custom chatbot.
Add to Group
The DingTalk group to which the chatbot is added. You cannot modify this parameter after you specify it.
Security Settings
We recommend that you select Custom Keywords and add OceanBase as a keyword to receive OceanBase Database alerts.
After you finish the settings, select I Acknowledge and Accept DingTalk Custom Robot Service Terms of Service and click Finished.
In the Add Robot dialog box, click Copy next to Webhook to obtain the Webhook URL, and then copy the token after
access_token=.ImportantKeep the Webhook URL confidential. Disclosure of the Webhook URL will incur security risks.
Click Finished.
Configure an alert URL for a Lark chatbot
Log on to the Lark client and open the target chat group.
In the group chat window, choose More > Settings.
In the Settings dialog box, choose Bots > Add bot.
In the Add bot dialog box, click Custom Bot.
Specify the Bot avatar, Bot name, and Description field and then click Add.
On the chatbot details page, obtain the Webhook URL and configure the security settings.
ImportantKeep the Webhook URL confidential. Disclosure of the Webhook URL will incur security risks.

Configure an external alert URL for Alibaba Cloud CMS
Make sure that you have created an alert contact group. For more information, see Create an alert contact group.
Log on to the CloudMonitor console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Alerts > Alert Contacts.
On the Alert Contacts page, click the Alert Contact Group tab.
Click Access External Alert next to the target alert contact group.
In the Alert Service Guide dialog box, configure the parameters.

Security Setting
The method that is used to authenticate the content of alert notifications or the logon information of the external system. Valid values: Security Keywords and Basic Auth.
Add Security Keyword
In this example, select Security Keywords for Security Setting and add the security keyword OceanBase to receive OceanBase Database alerts.
Alert Level
The methods that are used to send alert notifications.
Alert Service URL
The URL that is used to call the alert service in CloudMonitor. If you want to change the token of the URL, click Update Token.
Alert Content
The content of alert notifications. To test the alert settings, click Test Command and view the alert content and test command.
Click Close.
