The billing for an Anti-DDoS Proxy (Outside Chinese Mainland) instance under the Chinese Mainland Acceleration (CMA) mitigation plan includes the subscription fee for the instance and the pay-as-you-go charges for any enabled features. This topic outlines the billable items, expiration policy, and overdue payments for the instance.
Billing overview
An instance with the CMA mitigation plan does not offer DDoS protection on its own. For effective DDoS protection, it must be used alongside an instance that has either the Insurance or Unlimited mitigation plan.
The CMA mitigation plan can help reduce access latency for your users in the Chinese Mainland. When no attack is occurring, the CMA mitigation plan accelerates service access for these users. During an attack, the instance with the CMA mitigation plan automatically redirects traffic to instances with the Insurance or Unlimited mitigation plan for effective DDoS attack mitigation. An instance with the CMA mitigation plan can handle up to 100 Mbit/s of clean bandwidth.
Billable items
The prices of billable items that are provided in this topic are for reference only. The actual prices on the Anti-DDoS Proxy (Outside Chinese Mainland) buy page shall prevail.
The starting price for an instance with the minimum specifications is 1,548 USD/month. The minimum specifications are as follows:
Clean Bandwidth: 10 Mbit/s
95th Percentile Burstable Clean Bandwidth: Disabled
If your business needs exceed these minimum specifications, you have the option to upgrade as follows:
Clean Bandwidth: Costs 1,548 USD/month for every additional 10 Mbit/s. This represents the maximum traffic the instance can handle under normal conditions, without DDoS attacks.
95th Percentile Burstable Clean Bandwidth: This feature is available with both daily and monthly 95th percentile billing methods. It allows your instance to accommodate traffic spikes by providing additional clean bandwidth during peak hours, ensuring uninterrupted access to your service. For more information, see Billing of the burstable clean bandwidth feature.
