This topic describes how to update Alibaba Mail versions.
Upgrade Rules:
You can only upgrade email service from low-end to high-end. The upgrade is irreversible.
During the upgrade process, the system may prompt you to logon to the email again, which will not affect your normal use and mailbox data.
After the email service is upgraded, you do not need to reset the domain name resolution.
The number of email accounts can be increased or decreased during the upgrade. The number of users must be an integer.
If you have increased the number of users, you need to log on to the mailbox website and enter the domain management page to allocate the added users.
The number of accounts and space after the reduction cannot be less than the actual number of accounts and space allocated.
If settlement is performed after the customer selects the number of years, the due date is calculated from the settlement day to the due date after the customer selects the number of years.
Operation Method:
1. Logon to the Alibaba Mail Console and click Manage in the Actions column of related email service.
2. On the Basic Info page, click Upgrade in the Actions column.
3. Set Number of Accounts and Purchase Duration, select the Terms of Service check box, and then click Pay to upgrade the email address.
