Cause
The sending has been restricted by the system due to the distribution of a large volume of spam or marketing emails.
The system limit is exceeded due to the high volume and frequency of emails being sent.
Solution
1. Please check whether the email content conforms to the specifications, and try again after modification.
If the email is not sent by yourself, please change the password in time and take good security precautions for the email account to prevent theft and avoid this situation from happening again.
2. Please regulate the sending behavior, stop sending marketing or promotion emails, and the restriction will be lifted automatically after a period of time. Meanwhile, replying emails will not be affected.
The Alibaba Mail is mainly to meet the normal communication needs. Currently, it does not support a large number of emails such as system notification, registration verification, exhibition invitation letter, monitoring alarm, etc. If you have similar email sending requirements, we recommend that you use the Direct Mail service provided by Alibaba Cloud.
