Alibaba Mail:Change Password of the Postmaster Account for Alibaba Mail

Scenario 1

If you have purchased Alibaba Mail and logged on to the postmaster account for the first time, please perform the following steps to specify a password for account. Then you can log on to Alibaba Mail and use the email services.

Notes: Please follow the password strength requirements to set a valid password.

Procedure

1. Log on to the Alibaba Cloud, click Products, choose Enterprise Email and find the target email account.

2. On current page, click Manage on the right side of the email domain name and enter the Email Management page. Then click Reset Password tab and finish the reset process.

Scenario 2

If you want to change password of postmaster account, you may use either of the following three methods:

Method 1

1. Click on the Forgot Password on the login page of Alibaba Mail, and input the Vertification Code and click Next in the coming page.

2. Choose secure mobile phone or security questions to verify the multi-factor authentication. Here we use Questions as example.

3. Input the New Password and Confirm Password, and then click OK to finish the setting. After reset, please go back to the login page and login again.

Method 2

1. Log on to postmaster account and click Enter Mailbox.

2. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the page to enter the settings page. Then, choose Account and Security >Account Security, and click Change Password to set a password.

Method 3

1. Login Webmail to enter domain management, choose DEPTs & Users > Employee Accounts. Then search for postmaster account in the search box.

2. Click name of the account. In the Edit Account dialog box that appears, click Reset Password to set a new password, and click Save.
