Description

Alibaba Mail do not receive emails from third-party mailboxes at individual points in time.

Solution

1. If the Alibaba Mail users does not receive the email from the third-party mailbox at a certain point in time, but they can receive the letter normally at other times, and the sender does not receive the message of mail return, it indicates that the mail has not been successfully delivered to the Alibaba Mail system. The specific reason for the failure of sending needs to contact the sender to check and locate according to the email delivery log.

2. If the sender confirms that the email has been sent to the Alibaba Mail but has not received the corresponding return message, please send specific email information and questions to alimail_voc@alibaba-inc.com.
