Description
You cannot use Alibaba Mail to receive emails from a certain email service provider, but you can receive emails from other email service providers normally. For example, you cannot receive emails from NetEase.
Cause
Check whether the domain name has been used in the system of the certain email service provider before. A domain name cannot have valid email services at two email service providers at the same time. Otherwise, email communication between the two parties will be affected.
Solution
If you need to restore normal email communication with an email service provider, please contact the email service provider to delete the email service of the corresponding domain name. Then, retry to confirm that you can receive emails from an email service provider.
