Functional email link refer to the link used to jump to other pages of the mailbox in functional emails such as review emails and notification emails (as shown in the following figure). The default value is mail.sg.aliyun.com.

If your enterprise prohibits external domain names such as mail.sg.aliyun.com, you can set your domain name as a functional email link to prevent the recipient members from being unable to jump to the link provided in the email.
