This topic describes how to disable a multi-account trail in the ActionTrail console. After you disable a multi-account trail, the multi-account trail no longer delivers the events of the members in a resource directory to a specified Object Storage Service (OSS) bucket or Simple Log Service Logstore.
Procedure
Log on to the ActionTrail console by using a delegated administrator account or management account of your resource directory.
NoteMembers in the resource directory can view multi-account trails but are not authorized to disable the trails.
For more information about how to configure a delegated administrator account, see Manage a delegated administrator account.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Trails.
On the Trails page, click the name of the trail that you want to diable.
In the Basic Information section, turn off Status.
NoteIf you want to re-enable the trail, turn on Status.
In the Delete Trail message, click Confirm.
