Audit events of Auto Scaling - ActionTrail - Alibaba Cloud Documentation Center

Auto Scaling is integrated with ActionTrail. In the ActionTrail console, you can query the management events that are generated when you manage Auto Scaling resources. ActionTrail can deliver management events to Logstores in Log Service or Object Storage Service (OSS) buckets. This way, you can audit the events in real time and locate the causes of issues.

ActionTrail generates management events when you manage cloud resources by using APIs or the Alibaba Cloud Management Console. The following table describes the management events of Auto Scaling that you can query in the ActionTrail console. The descriptions of specific events will be provided later.

CreateAlarm	Creates an event-triggered task.
CreateLifecycleHook	Creates one or more lifecycle hooks for a scaling group.
CreateNotificationConfiguration	Creates a notification for scaling activities and resource changes.
CreateScalingConfiguration	Creates a scaling configuration.
CreateScalingGroup	Create a scaling group.
CreateScalingRule	Creates a scaling rule.
CreateScheduledTask	Creates a scheduled task.
DeactivateScalingConfiguration	Deactivates a scaling configuration.

ResumeProcesses	Resumes the suspended processes in a scaling group.
ScaleWithAdjustment	Adjusts instances in a scaling group.
SetGroupDeletionProtection	Enables or disables deletion protection for a scaling group.
SetInstanceHealth	Sets the health status of ECS instances in a scaling group.
SetInstancesProtection	Enables or disables protection for one or more ECS instances in a scaling group.
SuspendProcesses	Suspends the specified processes in a scaling group.
