This topic describes the billing of Container Registry Enterprise Edition instances.

Billable items

Container Registry Enterprise Edition instances support only the subscription billing method. The following table describes the billable items of the instances.

Instance	Container Registry Enterprise Edition instances support the subscription billing method. The prices of Enterprise Edition instances vary based on instance specifications.	See the "Pricing" section of this topic.	The specifications, repository quota, and namespace quota of Enterprise Edition instances cannot be downgraded. Important If you upgrade a Basic Edition instance to an Advanced Edition instance and want to downgrade the instance to the Basic Edition, we recommend that you purchase another Basic Edition instance. After you replicate images on the Advanced Edition instance to the new Basic Edition instance, release the Advanced Edition instance. For more information, see Replicate images within same account.
OSS Bucket	If you use Object Storage Service (OSS) buckets to store cloud native application artifacts of Container Registry Enterprise Edition, you may be charged for the storage or traffic. Examples of cloud native application artifacts include container images and Helm charts. If you do not enable Internet access but pull application artifacts only by using virtual private cloud (VPC) endpoints, no fees for outbound Internet traffic occur in OSS. By default, the OSS service is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. You can also purchase resource plans to offset the bills of the OSS service if your business workloads are stable. Important Container Registry Enterprise Edition provides image replication across regions. The replication process does not incur traffic costs in OSS.	See OSS Pricing.	-
