Account Management:Manage common message settings

You can configure a notification method and contacts for each type of message based on your business requirements. This ensures that important messages can be received at the earliest opportunity.

Configure the notification method and contacts

  1. Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Management Console. Click the image icon to go to Message Center. In the left-side navigation pane, click Common Settings.

  2. You can specify different notification methods for different types of messages. You can also click Modify in the Contact column and specify one or more contacts for each type of message in the Modify Contact dialogue box.

    Note

    You cannot modify the notification method of the Notifications of Account Expenses message.

Add a contact

  1. On the Common Settings page, click Manage Contacts in the upper-right corner.

  2. On the Manage Contacts page, click Add Receiver to add a contact.

    On the Manage Contacts page, find the contact that you want to modify and click Modify in the Action column to modify the information of the contact.

Note

You can also add a contact for receiving messages on the Address and Contact page of Account Center.

Configure the message language

You can configure the message language that you prefer. This setting applies only to the messages that are received after the setting takes effect.

On the Common Settings page, click Set Message Language in the upper-right corner. In the Set Message Language dialog box, select a language and click OK.
