After you create an Internet Shared Bandwidth instance, you can associate elastic IP addresses (EIPs) with the Internet Shared Bandwidth instance. This allows you to manage Internet data transfer in a centralized manner and keeps the maximum bandwidth at Gbit/s.
Procedure
Log on to the Internet Shared Bandwidth console.
On the Internet Shared Bandwidth page, click Purchase Internet Shared Bandwidth.
On the buy page, configure the following parameters, click Buy Now, and then complete the payment.
Parameter
Description
Region
Select the region where you want to create the Internet Shared Bandwidth instance.
Make sure that the Internet Shared Bandwidth instance is created in the same region as the EIPs that you want to associate with the Internet Shared Bandwidth instance.
Line Type
Select the line type of the Internet Shared Bandwidth instance.
BGP (Multi-ISP): If you select this option, you can associate only EIPs of BGP (Multi-ISP) with the Internet Shared Bandwidth instance.
BGP (Multi-ISP)_Pro: If you select this option, you can associate only EIPs of BGP (Multi-ISP) Pro with the Internet Shared Bandwidth instance.
NoteBGP (Multi-ISP)_Pro is available only in the following regions: China (Hong Kong), Japan (Tokyo), Singapore, Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), Philippines (Manila), Indonesia (Jakarta), and Thailand (Bangkok).
Billing Method
Select a billing method for the Internet Shared Bandwidth instance.
If you set the Line Type parameter to BGP (Multi-ISP), you can select only Pay By Traffic.
If you set the Line Type parameter to BGP (Multi-ISP)_Pro, you can select only Pay by Bandwidth.
Bandwidth
Specify a maximum bandwidth value. Unit: Mbit/s.
Name
Enter a name for the Internet Shared Bandwidth instance.
Resource Group
Select the resource group to which the Internet Shared Bandwidth instance belongs.
Purchase Quantity
Specify the number of Internet Shared Bandwidth instances that you want to purchase.
What to do next
After the Internet Shared Bandwidth instance is created, you can associate EIPs with the Internet Shared Bandwidth instance. This way, the EIPs share the bandwidth of the Internet Shared Bandwidth instance to reduce bandwidth costs. For more information, see Associate EIPs with an Internet Shared Bandwidth instance.
