The deadline for refunds is 00:00 on August 31, 2018. Refunds can only be requested for the whole order. Please submit refund requests through the the console on the website.
No changes may be made to participant information for individually purchased tickets. If the participant information has been entered incorrectly, it is necessary to refund the ticket and then purchase a new one. This may result in missing out on possible discounts.
Is there an age limit for participants?
In the interests of on-site safety, the conference organizers do not recommend that people under the age of 16 attend the conference. Minors will only be admitted if accompanied at all times by a legal guardian, and can only participate in the conference’s exhibition activities. Participants under the age of 16 do not need to purchase tickets to enter the venue but will need to show ID to prove their age.
