Helen is a Venture Capital veteran with over 20 years of investment experience from established firms, including GGV and Qiming Ventures. Helen has a strong track record of identifying strong teams and high potential sectors in China and Southeast Asia. She led investments in Akulaku and Reddoorz and has served on the boards of high-profile Chinese internet companies, including Tudou/ Youku and Mobike. She was also recognized as one of China’s top 25 female VCs by Forbes magazine in 2021.

Prior to joining Quest Ventures, James was co-founder and COO of 55tuan, a NASDAQ listed e-commerce group that grew to more than 200 cities and 5,000 employees across China. As the first Singaporean and one of the rarefied few foreigners to found a public listed internet company in China, and for his investments in the next generation of entrepreneurs, James was recognised as an outstanding overseas Chinese by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council of China.

Jeff Lin has over 15 years of experience in telecom and technology, management consulting, as well as VC investment. Prior to joining iGlobe in 2014, Jeff was with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, working on strategy consulting projects with the Myanmar government and MNC clients in Southeast Asia.

Before joining, Adele was an Investment Banking Associate Director in the Corporate Finance team at UBS in Singapore. During her time there, she led and supported key workstreams for M&A transactions, IPOs, private capital raises and bond offerings in Southeast Asia. Prior to that, she held roles in the Investment Bank President's Management Office and Financial Institutions Group at UBS in London. Adele holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.

Dhia Izza Nabila joined Vertex in 2019 and is focusing on opportunities in Indonesia. Prior to Vertex, Nabila was with Traveloka doing product management in its fintech product. Before that she was a management trainee at Citibank, working across multiple divisions in the bank. Nabila graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in management (finance) from University of Indonesia.

Johan Surani, is a Vice President at Sequoia India and Surge focusing on early stage investments across Southeast Asia. Johan grew up in Malaysia, spent his college years in the US at Stanford, and then returned to Southeast Asia where he has been living over the past 13 years. Johan started his career as a management consultant in Singapore with Bain, then co-founded Zalora in Malaysia, and was an SVP at GoJek in Indonesia prior to joining Sequoia India.

Jason Gaisano is the cofounder and partner of Core Capital heading fund management, fund-raising and joint venture relationships. Mr. Gaisano handles the business development arm of Taft properties, a real estate development company under the VICSAL holdings umbrella of his family. He also handles the recurring income businesses of VICSAL. Prior to working for the family business, he worked as an associate for a boutique private equity firm in New York focusing on deals related to health tech, biotech, asset management and fintech.

Senior Solution Architect of Alibaba Cloud International, chief solutions architect of Alibaba Cloud Internet Competency, more than 10 years of working experience in cloud computing and enterprise information security, rich experience in gaming, social & entertainment and Metaverse area. Before joining Ali Cloud, had worked for Amazon AWS China as a Senior Cloud Architecture.

Terry Lin is a senior product operation for the international market of Alibaba Cloud Intelligence. With more than 10 years of global working experience in the field of IT & Telecom industry, he has helped a lot of enterprise and SME customers to smoothly deploy the CDN and video cloud solution from Alibaba Cloud.

Garry Sien is the Regional Senior Solutions Architect for Fintech and Innovation at Alibaba Cloud, and is an International Technologist with extensive experience in digital transformation for the financial services sector. Based in Hong Kong, Garry is responsible for deepening Alibaba Cloud’s focus on fintech and product innovation, building finance industry ecosystem together with clients and partners, as well as defining and launching go-to-market strategy for Hong Kong, Macau, Philippines and Taiwan region.

Bing is the Solution Architect and Gaming Industry expert of AlibabaCloud International. He has more than 10 years of working experience in Cloud and Telecommunications area. As the lead solution architect, he has contributed in the transformation of many large gaming company on the cloud.

Jeremy is a passionate technologist who is excited about the opportunities created when small and medium-size businesses embrace the cloud. He has over ten years of experience in the IT sector and holds a Masters in Computer Vision.

Chong Zhang is a Senior Algorithm Engineer at Alibaba DAMO Academy Speech Lab in Singapore R&D Center. The team is working on a variety of speech technologies including multilingual speech recognition/speech synthesis/speech translation, speech enhancement, voice conversion, singing voice separation and so on, which are tightly aligned with the globalization of Alibaba in the Southeast Asia region. She received a Ph.D. degree from National University of Singapore in 2018.

Dr. Jeffrey Chi joined Vickers in 2005 and is a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Vickers, Jeff was a Corporate Finance Specialist and an Executive Director at Pegasus Capital, where he managed engagements for a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors. He was a Senior Consultant with the Monitor Group from 2001 to 2002.

Ms Hannah Chan graduated from University of York with an M.A. in Finance. She has been participating in the filed of foreign assets mergers and acquisitions for 10 years. In 2018, she joined R&D the ModGo, an intelligent valuation software for the Primary Market. She shared her professional thinking to add practical value to the software in the field of asset assessment.

Sally Yang is co-founder at Amy Robotics. Prior to establishing the company in 2017, Sally was a project manager at Bright Oceans Inter-Telecom Corporation and System Engine Suprvisor at Motorola Hangzhou.

At current executive level, Mr. Xie works as the Chief Consultant for Quan Da Shi IP group and his primary focus now is resolving legal and IP hurdles in companies’ development particularly in the fields of consumer electronics, wireless communication, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, EV technology and new energy.

Since joining the team in 2017, she has been covering the Chinese and Global tech scene. With a deep understanding of latest trends and development of various industries, especially cross-border e-commerce and consumer brands, she has been focusing on Chinese companies that seek overseas business opportunities.

Jesse is also the Director of Sunwah Vietnam and Chief Executive Officer of Sunwah Innovations. He has been supporting the promotion of trade exchanges between Vietnam and Hong Kong, China by organizing business events and facilitating discussion between delegations in both geographies to develop more understanding of each other. Jesse is currently Member of the Young Executives' Committee, under the Hong Kong Chinese General Chamber of Commerce; and Member of the Y.Elites Association, Hong Kong.
