Live Media Content Provider is a process-based, integrated solution based on Alibaba Cloud Elastic Compute Service (ECS), Elastic Block Storage (EBS), Object Storage Service (OSS), and Elastic Desktop Service (EDS). The Live Media Content Provider file system and content distribution system are deployed automatically to support mainstream post-editing software with web-based editing and remote editing capabilities and converge a professional media processing workflow. Live Media Content Provider also supports resource scaling and parallel access to maximize productivity.

This solution transcodes Hi-Res clips in OSS to proxy in one click and uses them for asset management. High-Res and proxy support one-click conversion. You can complete content editing based on web flow directly or download proxy files for remote side local editing and convert Hi-Res content to proxy in one click.

This is the perfect combination of a distributed parallel file system and media production workflow. It is deployed on top of the storage layer and computing resources so users can scale the compute instances and storage capacity in or out for different total bandwidth targets and total storage space requirements.
