  • US (Virginia)

The pay-as-you-go billing method. This billing method allows you to pay for resources after you use the resources. Free of charge.

Public instance of the new version

China (Shanghai)

By default, a public instance of the new version provides the following specifications:

  • Supports up to 50 online devices and allows you to create up to 500 devices on the instance.

  • Allows each device to send and receive up to five messages per second.

  • Allows the rules engine to send up to five messages per second.

If the preceding default specifications cannot meet your business requirements, you can upgrade the public instance of the new version to an Enterprise Edition instance that uses the subscription billing method.

Billable items

The following billable items are provided based on the billing method:

  • Enterprise Edition instances that use the subscription billing method: instance type, number of online devices, messaging transactions per second (TPS), TPS of messages that are forwarded by the rules engine, data services, and LinkVisual. For more information, see Billable items.

  • Public instances of the previous version that use the pay-as-you-go billing method: messaging and device connection duration. For more information, see Messaging fees and Device access fees.
